1.使用MKVextractGUI（http://sourceforge.net/projects/mkvextractgui-2/）
提取mkv文件中的SUP字幕文件
2.使用BDsup2Sub打开sup文件，Conversion Options 不改任何选项，直接ok
Output Format选SUB/IDX，File-Save/Export转换字幕格式
—————— sub转srt ——————
在IdxSubOcr界面上点“打开idx文件”选择获得的idx文件
选择“从头开始OCR字幕”，srt文件的保存位置和文件名可更改
OCR选项窗口选择OCR语言为中文简体，选择文字颜色为白底黑字，按确定开始OCR识别
注：转换会造成部分时间轴字幕丢失（对应时间轴的对白空白），须进一步校对

使用srtedit打开ass文件，ctrl+a全选字幕，删除所有特效指令，另存为srt即可
